Withdraw from contracts here
Exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for a purchase here. You do not need to log in, you do not need to give a reason, and we will confirm receipt by email.
This page is for withdrawal (Widerruf), not cancellation
Withdrawal unwinds a recent purchase: within 14 days of buying, you can withdraw without giving a reason, the contract is undone and we pay you back. It is not the way to end a subscription you have had for a while.
Want your subscription to end at the close of the period you have already paid for, and keep using it until then? Cancel here instead
Email address of your account
We send the confirmation of receipt to this address. It is the only thing we need from you.
The following details are optional. They help us find the right purchase faster, and leaving them empty changes nothing about your withdrawal.
Which purchase are you withdrawing from? (optional)
Anything you would like to add (optional)
You do not have to give a reason for your withdrawal, and not giving one does not weaken it.
