If you believe content publicly accessible on Uprelic (for example a forum post, a public project or a shared document) is illegal, you can notify us at [email protected]. To allow us to assess the report, please include:
We confirm receipt, assess reports diligently and without undue delay, inform you of our decision and of the possibility to contest it, and indicate whether automated means were used in handling your report or taking the decision.
Our content rules are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which also describes our moderation procedure: the automated systems described in AUP § 9.5 — the AI providers' filters and our rate limits — human review of reports and complaints, the measures we may take, and the proportionality standard we apply, with due regard to the fundamental rights of all involved — in particular freedom of expression and of information.
Where we restrict content or an account, affected users receive a statement of reasons meeting the requirements of Art. 17 DSA, including the facts and circumstances, the legal or contractual ground, whether automated means were used, and the available routes of redress.
You can contest a moderation decision free of charge by replying to the statement of reasons or writing to [email protected]. Your complaint is reviewed by a natural person. Judicial redress before the competent courts remains available. You may also direct complaints to the Digital Services Coordinator of your Member State; in Germany this is the Bundesnetzagentur (Koordinierungsstelle für digitale Dienste).
Uprelic GmbH is a micro/small enterprise within the meaning of Recommendation 2003/361/EC. The obligations for online platforms under Section 3 of Chapter III of the DSA apply to it only to a limited extent (Art. 19 DSA).
